TYPES OF LASHES
classic.
Classic lashes are by definition classic not only in their simplicity, but also their timelessness. Imagine the classic look to be like your natural lashes but better. Or like a really, really, good mascara. Classics will highlight your natural beauty while giving your eyes definition and a refreshed look.
The technique: one eyelash extension is applied to each natural lash.
VOLUME.
Formally known as Russian volume, this type of lashing originated in Russia in 2011. With volume lashes we can achieve added thickness and darkness that classics can't deliver.
Note: ACLA does not use premade volume fans. All volume sets are created by hand during the appointment- honoring the true technique of volume lashing.
The technique: multiple lighter eyelash extensions are applied in a fan shape to the each natural lash.
Hybrid.
The perfect middle ground. Classics aren't enough but volume is too much... meet hybrid lashes. A customizable mix of volume and classic, these lashes provide texture, darkness, fluff and definition all in one.
The technique: applying both classic individual extensions and volume fans to all natural lashes.
MEGA VOLUME.
This is for the client who can't get enough. Whether you are going for a total bombshell look, or your natural lashes are simply too sparse to achieve your desired look with just volume- mega can achieve a lot of different goals. Mega volume lashing allows for the darkest, most dramatic look.
The technique: many very fine eyelash extensions are applied in a fan shape to each natural lash.
LASH LIFT AND TINT.
Lash lifts define the 'no makeup makeup look'. Perfect for the people with a natural vibe or a need for low maintenance- lash lifts only work with your natural lashes and require almost no aftercare.
The technique: solutions are used to lift and set the lashes into a semi-permanent curl. A tint solution is then used to tint the natural lashes black or brown.
